Buteyko Breathing

Buteyko is a gentle breathing re-education method that helps people notice and soften everyday breathing habits. It usually focuses on nasal breathing, slower breathing, lighter breathing, and becoming more comfortable with pauses in the breath.

The aim is not to force big breaths or perform complicated techniques. It is a quiet, practical way to build awareness of how you breathe at rest, during stress, and in daily life.

Good for People who feel they often over-breathe, mouth-breathe, sigh, yawn, feel breathless when anxious, or want a calmer relationship with the breath.

What to expect A Buteyko session may include simple breathing observation, relaxed nasal breathing, gentle breath-reduction exercises, pauses, and rest. Everything is adapted to the person in front of Diana.
