Yin Yoga

A slow, meditative practice with mostly floor-based postures held for several minutes. Yin yoga gently targets the deeper connective tissues—such as the fascia, ligaments, and joints—especially around the hips, pelvis, and spine. This allows the body to gradually release tension, improve mobility, and restore a sense of ease from within.

Beyond the physical benefits, Yin yoga works deeply on the nervous system. The long, passive holds invite you out of constant “doing mode” and into a more restorative state, supporting stress recovery, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. It offers a powerful counterbalance to busy, active lifestyles—creating space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Hatha Yoga

A balanced and mindful practice that weaves together movement, breath, and awareness. Hatha yoga invites you to slow down and consciously place your body into each posture, creating space to feel, reset, and reconnect. Beyond building strength and flexibility, this practice supports your nervous system and helps restore inner balance—bringing harmony between energising and calming forces within you.

Buteyko Breathing

The Buteyko Method is a breathing retraining technique developed by Ukrainian physician Dr Konstantin Buteyko. It focuses on reducing over-breathing and restoring nasal, functional breathing patterns.

Benefits include reduced anxiety, better sleep, improved energy and greater nervous system regulation.

Buteyko is taught as a private coaching programme, not a drop-in class. A free 15-minute discovery call is the starting point.
