2. Nature of Services

The yoga sessions offered are intended for wellbeing, relaxation, and improved mobility.

They do not constitute medical treatment or a substitute for professional healthcare advice.

Each participant is responsible for their own physical condition and agrees to inform the instructor of any relevant health issues.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€). Where applicable: VAT not applicable (Article 293B of the French General Tax Code).

Payment is required at the time of booking or before the start of the session.

Payments may be made via online payment through Stripe or other methods specified at booking.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings are considered confirmed once validated.

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: refund or rescheduling possible.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: no refund.

If the instructor cancels, a rescheduling or full refund will be offered.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, clients have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply if the service is delivered before the end of this period and the client has expressly agreed to waive this right.

6. Liability

Participation in yoga sessions is at the client's own risk.

The instructor cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from inappropriate practice or undisclosed medical conditions.

Clients are advised to consult a healthcare professional if needed.

7. Personal Data

Personal information collected is used solely for booking management and communication with clients.

Data is not sold or shared with third parties.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, the French version shall prevail.
